Chiropractor
Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to whoever is reading this and wherever you are. Thanks for wanting to know more about me! Hopefully what I have to say gives you a better understanding as to who I am and doesn’t bore you out of your mind. I moved to Bakersfield when I was about 10 years old and graduated from Liberty High School (Go Pats!). I basically fell in “like” with chiropractic back in 2014 while shadowing a local chiropractor here in Bakersfield named Dr. Brendon Bradley. He was and still is an awesome inspiration. While in chiropractic college, I began to understand just how rewarding this style of medicine is for the client and doctor. Thus ensued me truly falling in love with the profession. I also happen to really fall in love while in school with. . . you guessed it! Dr. Erica. We first met in a cadaver lab and let me tell you she was/is drop DEAD gorgeous! Anyways, here’s the boring stuff you came to read.
I graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Premedical Sciences (Go Pirates!), then graduated with my doctorate in chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (Go. . . chiropractors? We don’t have a mascot; sadly). Not that any of this means anything but it’s comforting to know that the practitioner treating you actually graduated from school right? Anyways, I specialize in myofascial release, sports injuries, rehabilitative exercises, and radiology to name a few. I've been blessed to utilize my gift in many environments including weight lifting competitions at Metroflex Gym in Long Beach, Sports performance facilities for NFL players, traveling as a “Roadie” for the week long AIDS LifeCycle bike ride, and on a mission trip to Bolivia.
What does all this mean? Essentially whoever decides to walk through our doors and trusts me as their chiropractor, should know that I will do whatever is in my power to get you to your desired health whether that is physically, spiritually, or emotionally. We don’t run a mill here in our office and believe in spending quality time with our patients to ensure they understand the capabilities of chiropractic and most importantly the intelligence of their own bodies. I pray that Yahweh uses me as the vessel that I am to implement His healing power to whomever I have the privilege to treat.
